Mead, the nectar of the gods. One of the first wines discovered by man! Combine honey and water, and mix well in a wide mouth gallon jar.
After four days, natural yeast in the air around you finds the honey mixture and starts the fermantation process. At that point, put the mixture in the Jug, and put the air lock system in place. After four weeks, it's ready to sample. Of course, the longer you leave it to ferment, the better it is!
